Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the artist, Ellee SY Lee (hereinafter referred to as “the artist”,  “the seller”, “me”, or “I”) within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Please understand that the artist will inspect the returned item, and then notify you (hereinafter referred to as “the buyer” or “you”) the approval or rejection of your refund.  Any refund excludes the initial shipping costs. 

• The returned artwork must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was. The mailing address for a return will be emailed to you. You will also be responsible for paying for the shipping costs involved in a return.   It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service.
