   These terms and conditions govern the sale of artwork through the website, elleesy.com and the artist, Ellee SY Lee (hereinafter referred to as “the artist”,  “the seller”, “me”, or “I”). By purchasing from this website and the artist, you as a buyer (hereinafter referred to as “the buyer” or “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Information

   Each piece of artwork is original or a limited edition reproduction as described. Due to the nature of digital screens and photography, slight variations in color and detail may occur between the image displayed online and the original artwork.

3. Pricing and Payments

   All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

   Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

   The artist reserves the right to terminate the purchase process if any information you provide is suspected to be false or abusive. 

4. Ownership and Copyright

   The purchase of artwork does not grant the buyer copyright or reproduction rights. All rights remain with the artist.

   Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without the artist’s written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

   The artist is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party shipping providers or other circumstances beyond the artist’s control.

6. Changes to Terms

   The artist reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
