Shipping Policy

• Shipping costs, including insurance, will be calculated and invoiced separately after purchase.

• All shipments are insured for the full value of the artwork to protect against loss or damage during transit.

• The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The artist, Ellee SY Lee, is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery details.

• Shipping times may vary based on the destination and shipping provider. For international shipping, in some countries, artworks shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes including VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility.  The artist is not liable for any of the charges incurred or delays if the artwork is held in customs.

• For shipping, the arrival time may vary depending on its destination.  Please expect at least 2 weeks for the artwork to ship.  The buyer will receive a tracking number for the purchase.
